Do you have a Model Home I can walk through?
We do not have dedicated model homes at this time. On the bright side that keeps our overhead costs down so we can offer lower prices. On the downside that means we only have a "model home" for customers to walk through when we have a project home that is under construction or currently listed for sale on the market. Reach out and we can let you know if we have any projects that you can tour.

What brand of homes do you offer and where do they come from?
We work directly with the Fleetwood Homes factory located in Nampa, ID.
These are great quality, affordable homes that fit right into everyday folks' budgets.
WHAT KINDS OF FINANCING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We don't offer "in house" financing but we can absolutely refer you to our lending partners that will have options for loan programs for building out these manufactured homes. These lenders can help find the loan option that fits you best.
Do you offer complete turn-key service for building out these homes?
We are happy to do as much or as little as you need us too, for the completion of these homes. We are a licensed, bonded, insured General Contractor and all the subcontractors we use are fully vetted as well. We can do all the required site work and coordinating; including installation of a driveway, septic/sewer, water/well, foundation, final grading, stormwater, etc. We can even apply for the permits and work directly with the municipalities to ensure smooth planning for your project. We also fully install the home, finish interior and exterior, install skirting, build porches/steps, garages, and everything else these homes may need completed on site.

We can also be completely "hands off" and just supply the home itself. We work with other spec home builder's who are just looking for an affordable source for homes for their projects but plan to do all the work themselves.
Can you add a garage to a manufactured home?
YES. The trick here is that any structure "attached" to the manufactured home MUST be a fully free-standing/self-supporting structure that does not rely on the home for structural support. The other factor to consider are the floorplans that would make the most sense for a garage addition, plans with side entries are best. We work with a great local engineer who helps us design garages for these homes.
These are homes are specifically built and designed around being comparable to site-built homes in their construction and materials used. They qualify for Fannie Mae's MH Advantage Loan program. This program has huge benefits that include appraising homes using site-built homes as comps, as well as qualifying for the same lower interest rate usually reserved for site-built homes.
